Having had a hard time with my purchase, I feel that it is only fair to spell out just how excellent Ruth Salerno and Lisa Jones were all the way through the process. My completion date changed multiple times throughout, and the vendor and his solicitors didn't seem to be too good at communicating. Had it not been for Ruth and Lisa at NewBold's I honestly think I would have thrown the towel in. Maria Henson is an excellent solicitor. 10 times better than those others who were involved in my case. Thank you very much for taking it to completion for us. There were times we thought it would never happen. It’s been extremely stressful & agonising waiting with the other previous solicitor involved whom sat on the information for days & months plus lacked the understanding that the most important part of it for us in addition to the titled deeds was the building regs completion certificates independently of its age. Although, we pointed it out the importance at the very beginning of the process but it dragged on & on. We are in a digital time and one should not have to wait for days or months from the parties involved, vendor or buyer or solicitors.
