Michael Dowle

Although I am one of our younger team leaders, due to the hard work I have shown to the Partners, I was made an Associate in February 2021 and Senior Associate in November 2024 and I am the Risk and Compliance Officer. It is my role to make sure that the firm adheres to all the strict regulations that a law firm must comply with.

I completed both my Law Degree and Legal Practice Course at the University of South Wales and was introduced to the firm whilst volunteering at the university’s Legal and Financial Advice Clinic.

I currently deal with all the risk and compliance matters that a busy firm has to deal with on a day to day basis. If the team members have an issue they call me and I advise them if and how they can deal with matters.

Outside of the office I am quite adventurous and enjoy extreme sports and outdoor activities where time allows. I’m keen to keep my youth and still try to ride my mountain bikes where I can. I also try and get involved in organising events in these fields with the local community where I can.
